Peace Out, Stress: A Workshop on Healthy Stress Management

Develop self-awareness around your stressors and learn proven strategies that will help you optimize your wellbeing and build support on your team.

  • Mindfulness Practice

  • Stress Management Framework

  • Team Accountability

How to schedule the series:

  • Series can be a quarterly program by scheduling one workshop + 3 weekly email guides a month (for three months).

  • Turn the series into an offsite and schedule all three workshops in one week!

  • Take your team to a “Resilience Bootcamp” by doing one workshop a week for 3 weeks followed by 9 weeks of email guides.
